Pricing
Published numbers where we can.
Honest scoping where we can't.
Physical security has flat published tiers. Managed IT and cybersecurity are priced per seat after a discovery call — because quoting your environment sight-unseen would be a guess.
Physical Security
Cameras, access control, and networking
Year 1 bundles hardware, installation, and monitoring in one flat monthly payment on a 12-month agreement. Year 2+ drops to monitoring-only pricing, and the hardware is your property. Full tier details on the physical security page.

Managed IT & Cybersecurity
Priced per seat, scoped to your environment
Managed IT
Flat monthly rate per seat and per site: 24/7 monitoring (NinjaOne), managed EDR with human threat hunting (Huntress), documented environment (IT Glue), patching, verified 3-2-1-1-0 backups, help desk, and quarterly reviews. Price depends on workstation/server count, applications, and locations.
What's included →Cybersecurity
Three tiers — Essentials, Recommended, and Compliance — priced per seat by industry and regulatory burden. Essentials covers EDR, email security, and awareness training; Compliance adds gap assessments, documentation, an IR retainer with SLA, and annual tabletop exercises for HIPAA, PCI, IRS 4557, and CMMC.
Compare tiers →Why no sticker price? Because a 5-seat title office and a 40-seat clinic with an EHR are different jobs. We do a discovery call, then put a number on paper — we don't quote over the phone, and we don't pad quotes with things you don't need.
The fine print, up front
- ·12-month initial agreement on all plans; month-to-month after that.
- ·Physical security pricing is subject to a site assessment — solar poles, conduit runs, and multi-building jobs are scoped in a written statement of work.
- ·Hardware installed under year-1 bundles remains your property after the contract period.
- ·Add-ons (extra cameras, door readers, APs, switches) have published per-unit pricing on the physical security page.
